Thad Davis October 27, 1956 - February 1, 2014 Lincolnton, North Carolina

Thad Rowland “TR” Davis, age 57 of Lincolnton passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at his home. He was born October 27, 1956 in Denver,Colorado. Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his father and mother, Lawrence Rowland Davisand Edith Jeanne Rochford Rhodes. He is survived by his stepfather, Dan Rhodes, of San Luis Obispo, CA.

Mr. Davis is also survived by his loving wife, Pam Smith Davis; his three sons, Cody Daniel Davis (Catherine) of Mooresville, SSgt. Colter Lawrence Davis USMC (Erika) of Miramar, CA, and Connor Jamison Davis of the home; his sister and brothers, Janet (Fred), Danny, Curt, and David; his two granddaughters, Alexia Rose Davis and Aundrea Jeanne Davis of Miramar, CA; and dear family friend, Krystal Brookins of Lincolnton. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at E.F. Drum Funeral Home, 210 N. Academy Street, Lincolnton, NC 28092. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at 4:00 PM in the Drum Chapel.
